  • Perform concreting to simple forms
  • Carry out general demolition of minor building structures \removed footings and slab on ground
  • Install various flooring systems
  • Construct ceiling frames
  • Construct a pitched roof
  • Erect roof trusses and construct eaves
  • Construct wall frames
  • Install lining, panelling and moulding
  • Assemble partitions
  • Install exterior cladding
  • Erect and dismantle formwork to suspended slabs, columns, beams and walls
  • Qualifications and Experience
  • Trade Qualifications as a Carpenter – commercial and/or residential
  • 5+ years of work experience as a carpenter working on commercial and residential projects
  • Must have valid driver's license (professional) which will cover light trucks
